About the job
It’s an exciting time to be at Lean having recently announced our Series B funding round and passing the 100 employee mark. This growth has been fuelled by rapid commercial growth and international expansion. As such, our CEO needs full administrative support to ensure he is as effective as possible in the way he works.
You will have the opportunity to very much mold this role into your own from the outset, thus becoming an integral part of this fast-growing fintech startup and its success. No two days will be the same and the variety of requests and responsibilities make this role ideal for someone looking to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Master the CEO's calendar with meticulous attention to detail, including scheduling meetings and calls, dealing with diary conflicts, making reservations, dealing with event invites, and taking full ownership of the CEO’s diary and its smooth-running
Own and optimize the CEO's to-do list, ensuring focus on priorities and removing distractions
Manage internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO, drafting correspondence & triaging requests
You will have a key role in obtaining context from internal stakeholders and be able to present that information concisely such as meeting notes, internal processes & announcements. You’ll have to be comfortable engaging with senior managers independently to do this and act as a trusted advisor to our CEO.
Assist with meeting preparation, including creating agendas, taking notes, and following up on action items
Travel management - booking accommodation, flights, transfers, and any other travel requirements for any trips the CEO has (business or personal)
Implement and suggest new systems or technologies to increase efficiency and productivity
Creating and maintaining databases and spreadsheets to track and organize data (e.g. contacts, spending, etc)
Ad hoc personal tasks - including but not limited to the CEO’s household staff, family, events, planning and management of multiple properties across numerous countries
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Tech savvy, proficiency in G-Suite & Mac OS
Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
Outstanding problem-solving skills, including critical thinking, decision-making, and creativity
Ability to work well under pressure, multitask with ease, and manage your time effectively
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact professionally with executives and stakeholders at all levels
Desired Qualifications
Experience working in a fintech is a bonus
Experience with AI and automation tools is a plus
