How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?Provides administrative support for the executive managementResponsibilitiesGovernance documents management (BoD/ExCOm/IRAC minutes + SH resolutions signed ontime) Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, and other external partnersManaging the executives’ calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive mattersOrganizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessaryMake travel and accommodation arrangementsSupport in event management, e.i local organization, logistics, etc Administrative support to the commercial team and management visits Process expenses Organize and maintain the office filing systemProviding administrative assistanceWelcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate departmentManage correspondence related to local authorities and company corporate governanceLead the implementation for Voice of customer project. Issue administrative purchase requests. Monitor the consolidated file for ALAR uniform for all sites and follow up the purchase orders.Handles all communication activities in ALAR.
