We are working with a top Information Technology Services and Consulting organisation in Jeddah for an Executive Accounts Relationship Manager. They will maintain and grow relationships with the assigned key accounts as well as assist in generating new sales leads, while achieving an assigned sales and profit growth goals.
Key Responsibilities:
·Provides leadership in account management and coordination of all key accounts management activities.
·Maintain excellent relationships with key accounts of the company.
·Create and implement strategic sales plans to generate more business.
·Leads all aspects of the sales process, calling upon others to assist in sales solution development and proposal delivery, as required.
·Develops customer account plans by leading a joint company – customer planning process that identifies relevant customer needs, prioritizes initiatives and company investments, and establishes a clear action plan for success.
·Ensure customer satisfaction at all levels. Proactively work to ensure proper delivery of Services and Solutions to the key accounts.
Qualifications:
·8-10 years of high-level account management, selling solutions & services to large accounts in the western region
·Proven expertise in managing and maintaining customer relations
·Results-oriented and capable of handling multiple sales tasks
·Demonstrated ability to adjust to changes in customer demands or operational goals
