About the job Execution Manager
Our client is seeking an Execution Manager located in Saudi Arabia.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Associates degree in Civil Engineering (Masters or Ph.D. would be an advantage).
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or MBA.
- Additional certifications such as RMP (Risk Management Professional) or similar certifications are highly preferable.
Industry Required:
- Construction, Real Estate, Infrastructure, or Engineering.
Job Responsibilities:
- Project Scoping & Planning: Define project scope, manage project planning, and ensure construction process control is aligned with overall project goals.
- Project Management & Reporting: Oversee project execution, ensure timely completion, report on progress, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle, including managing automated testing and regular inspections.
- Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, providing leadership to ensure that project milestones are met. Liaise with senior leaders for project alignment.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and clients, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks during project execution and take proactive steps to mitigate them.
- Direct Reporting: Report directly to the Development Manager and Department Director on project status, challenges, and progress.
Essential Experience:
- 8-10 years of experience in construction or execution management, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in construction planning, quality control, and managing complex projects in the construction and infrastructure sectors.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience in reporting progress and ensuring adherence to project timelines.
- Previous experience in managing distinguished projects within the Gulf region is preferred.
