We are seeking an experienced and visionary Excellence Manager to lead the implementation of performance improvement and excellence frameworks across our operations. The successful candidate will drive organizational efficiency, foster a culture of excellence, and ensure alignment with international best practices and industry standards. This role is pivotal in advancing our strategic goals within the contracting, construction, or hospitality sectors.
Excellence Frameworks:
Design and implement excellence and performance management frameworks such as EFQM, Baldrige, or other relevant models.
Lead organizational self-assessment initiatives and develop action plans for improvement.
Process Improvement:
Identify and analyze existing processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Drive the adoption of lean methodologies, Six Sigma, or other process improvement techniques.
Strategy Alignment:
Collaborate with senior management to align excellence initiatives with organizational strategy and objectives.
Monitor and report on the progress of excellence programs, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs).
Training and Development:
Develop and deliver training programs to build a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
Mentor and coach teams on excellence practices and tools.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Foster collaboration across departments to ensure the successful implementation of excellence initiatives.
Engage with external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers, to promote excellence standards.
Innovation and Benchmarking:
Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Conduct benchmarking studies to ensure the organization remains competitive and innovative.
Performance Monitoring:
Develop and oversee systems for tracking and evaluating performance metrics.
Identify and address gaps in performance, ensuring continuous improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Certification in excellence models (e.g., EFQM Assessor, Six Sigma) is a plus.
5-12 years of experience in performance excellence, quality management, or related fields within the contracting, construction, or hospitality sectors.
Proven experience in implementing excellence models and driving organizational improvements.
