Excellence / Continuous Improvement Manager (EOI)

JASARA PMC, a leading construction and project management company, is currently seeking an Excellence / Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team. As an Excellence / Continuous Improvement Manager, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. You will work closely with project teams to identify areas for improvement, develop and implement best practices, and monitor performance metrics. The ideal candidate has a strong background in project management and is highly skilled in driving process improvements and organizational excellence.

• Identify areas for improvement within the PMO and develop strategies to drive operational excellence
• Lead and support the implementation of best practices for project management
• Develop and implement performance metrics and KPIs to monitor project performance
• Provide guidance and support to project teams in identifying and addressing operational challenges
• Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure compliance with project management standards
• Facilitate training and workshops to enhance project management skills and knowledge within the organization
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
