Job Description

  • Plan, organize, and execute events from concept to completion, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Develop event concepts and themes in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Liaise with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Collaborate with marketing and advertising agencies to promote events and enhance visibility.
  • Oversee event setup, including decorations, seating arrangements, and signage.
  • Handle event registration and attendee management.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and assess event success.
  • Provide on-site support during events, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring a positive experience for all attendees.

Skills

  • 3 years+ experience in brand, marketing, and product-ideally within the Automotive industry
  • Good communication in English and Arabic
  • Good organization skills
  • Good GCC experience would be an advantage
