Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Events Manager to lead the planning and execution of corporate and brand events. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, experience in PR and brand activations, and the ability to handle high-profile events with precision.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, and execute corporate and brand events, ensuring seamless coordination and successful execution.
  • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality and brand standards.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to align event strategies with PR and marketing objectives.
  • Oversee logistics, including venue selection, vendor negotiations, permits, and risk management.
  • Develop and implement event marketing and communication plans, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement.
  • Manage post-event reporting, analysis, and feedback collection to improve future event strategies.
  • Lead and mentor event teams, ensuring efficient task delegation and high-performance delivery.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Education: Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Certified Meeting Professional (CMP), Certified Special Events Professional (CSEP), or Digital Event Strategist (DES) preferred.
  • Experience: 5-8 years in event management within a PR/marketing setting.
  • Industry Background: PR agencies, Marketing Agencies, Event Management Companies, Media & Communications.
  • Previous Roles: Events Manager, Senior Event Specialist, PR & Events Lead.
