• Perform the estimating activities as part of the development of project briefs to establish project and programe level budgets.
• Support the central Estimating team and monitor the quality of outputs in accordance with KPIs.
• Liaise with A&P to update the cost data base in accordance with the Cost Breakdown Structure for construction projects and Facilities Management Services.
• Make presentations as and when required to management teams.
Support delivery teams with benchmarking and estimating support when required.
