About the job Estimation Coordinator

Company Overview:


Our client, a well-established construction company based in Kuwait, is expanding its operations into KSA. They are seeking a motivated and efficient Estimation Coordinator for their MEP, and Fit-Out projects in Riyadh Saudi Arabia.


Key Responsibilities & Role:


  • Maintain and update the estimating schedules.
  • Assist in prequalification of vendor/subcontractors.
  • Calling and Emailing Vendors for quotes, qualifications, and other information.
  • Updating vendor/subcontractor information on company database.
  • Proof Reading and assembling final proposal and bid submission for owners.
  • Assist Estimators in performing quantity take-offs of materials.
  • Assist Estimators in conveying feedback to bidders.
  • Assist in drafting pre-bid requests for information.
  • Compile bid books following the completion of the bid process.
  • Ensure information released to estimators and project management is complete, accurate, and well organized.
  • General assistance to accounting, estimating, and construction staff, as required.

Qualifications & Skills:


  • Bachelors Degree in Construction, Engineering, or any similar field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience performing estimation/estimation coordination or similar project administration duties is required, ideally for a general contractor.
  • Solid knowledge and understanding, or experience in the Estimation Process.
  • Client Interaction and Communication.
  • Experience performing accurate, high-volume data entry, clerical, and general administrative duties is required.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects/activities in a dynamic fast pace environment.
  • Superior communication and organization development skills.
  • Excellent proficiency and command of English is required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross‐functional teams.
  • Experience with the following software: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
