Job Description

  • Assist in the implementation, configuration, and customization of NetSuite and Oracle ERP systems.
  • Collaborate with senior consultants to analyze client business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for NetSuite and Oracle ERP systems.
  • Conduct user training sessions and create user-friendly documentation.
  • Assist in data migration, system testing, and quality assurance processes.
  • Support clients with post-implementation issues, system upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Stay updated on the latest NetSuite and Oracle ERP features, tools, and best practices.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience with NetSuite, Oracle ERP, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of business processes (e.g., finance, supply chain, HR).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Skills:

  • NetSuite or Oracle ERP certifications are a strong advantage.
  • Experience with SuiteScript, SQL, or database management.
  • Knowledge of integration tools and APIs for NetSuite and Oracle.
