1- Test Planning and Coordination:
· Develop and design environmental test plans based on product requirements and industry standards
· Coordinate with design, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to ensure test plans are comprehensive and feasible.
· Schedule and oversee environmental tests, ensuring resources and equipment are available and functioning correctly.
2- Test Execution:
· Conduct environmental tests, including but not limited to temperature, humidity, vibration, shock, and corrosion tests.
· Ensure tests are performed in compliance with relevant standards (e.g., MIL-STD, ISO, ASTM).
· Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during testing to minimize delays.
3- Data Analysis and Reporting:
· Collect, analyze, and interpret test data to assess product performance under various environmental conditions.
· Prepare detailed test reports, summarizing findings and making recommendations for product improvements.
· Present test results to stakeholders, including design and management teams.
4- Compliance and Standards:
· Ensure all testing activities comply with applicable regulations, standards, and customer requirements.
· Keep up to date with the latest industry standards and testing methodologies.
· Participate in audits and assessments related to environmental testing processes.
5- Continuous Improvement:
· Identify opportunities to improve testing processes and procedures.

Education:
· Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
· 2 years of experience in environmental testing and qualification, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Technical Skills:
· Proficiency in environmental testing equipment and methodologies.
· Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis software.
· Knowledge of industry standards (e.g., MIL-STD, ISO, ASTM).
· Excellent problem-solving abilities.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
· Willingness to work in various environmental conditions as required by testing protocols.
