Job Summary:
As an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Officer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring environmental, health, and safety programs to ensure compliance with regulations and to create a safe and healthy work environment for employees.
Job Responsibility:
- Develop and implement environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks
- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine causes and implement corrective actions
- Provide training to employees on safety procedures and practices
- Keep up to date with relevant laws and regulations and ensure compliance
- Coordinate with management to drive a culture of safety and environmental awareness
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in environmental science, occupational health and safety, or a related field
- Certification in EHS management is a plus
- Proven experience in developing and implementing EHS programs
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and other relevant regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
