Job Description
An Enterprise Solutions Director's role is to lead development of technology roadmaps for Enterprise Solutions and oversee implementation and functional support related to all enterprise solutions in order to ensure development of best-in-class enterprise solutions in accordance with the business requirements and quality standards.

Enterprise Solutions Director - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
· Lead the execution of enterprise solutions development with stated goals aimed at addressing digital transformation initiatives.
· Supervise the collaboration of the team with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and requirements, translating them into innovative enterprise solutions.
· Oversee the development and implementation of enterprise solutions ensuring all internal and external stakeholders take part in the implementation.
· Support managers and software developers with the skills and resources needed for development and implementation of enterprise solutions.
· Collaborate with all the stakeholders to run and manage the applications/services.
Profile
A successful Enterprise Solutions Director should have:
An educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's Degree is a plus.8 years and above of relevant experience with at least 4 years of experience in a managerial positionExperience leading a technology team in a corporate setting.Strong knowledge of technology trends and an ability to use this knowledge to add value to the company.Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.Strong knowledge of project management principles.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
