Job Description
Identify key stakeholders within target accounts, including decision-makers, influencers, and champions.
Conduct research on target accounts, including their business, industry, and priorities.
Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies for each target account.
Engage with prospects at all levels through various channels to understand their needs and challenges.
Position the company as a valuable partner that can address their specific business objectives.
Schedule and confirm meetings with high-value accounts for Enterprise Sales Executives, ensuring alignment of goals and objectives.
Work closely with the Enterprise Sales team to share account insights, track progress, and refine strategies.
Maintain consistent communication to nurture relationships and keep momentum within accounts.
Skills
Passion for sales and a drive to excel in a sales role.
1-3 years of experience in sales or customer service, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software to effectively manage client interactions and sales processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build and nurture relationships with potential clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
Familiarity with cold-calling sales techniques and strategies to generate leads and drive sales growth.
Strong time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
Capability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
Adaptability and flexibility to embrace change and thrive in dynamic sales environments.
Eagerness to learn and develop skills in the sales field, staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
Proficiency in communicating fluently in both Arabic and English to engage with clients effectively
