Enterprise Quality & Standards Sr. Specialist

In this role, You will be responsible for Managing Enterprise Quality & Standards activities to ensure implementation of sector requirements, and identify improvement opportunities that contribute to achieving short and medium-term strategic objectives within defined key performance indicators, agreed budgets, and approved policies and procedures.
You will be responsible for
Create and implement STA -wide quality standards and frameworks to ensure consistency with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Design and maintain the STA Quality Management Plan on an annual basis, and ensure the QMP aligns with STA goals and quality objectives.
Oversee the acquisition and maintenance of quality accreditations and certifications to ensure ongoing compliance with accreditation standards.
Conduct research to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in quality management.
Benchmark STA’s quality standards against industry leaders to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement strategies to measure and enhance customer satisfaction.
Ensure consistent application of quality management standards across all STA sectors.
Perform other activities as and when required.
You will need:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is preferred
At least 1 -2 years of experience in relevant field
