Lifecycle and governance procedures and the enterprise architecture repository.Supervising the implementation of the enterprise architecture and continuous improvement activities.Setting standards and monitoring compliance with enterprise architecture management processes.Conducting continuous assessments of the organization's needs to ensure alignment with business operations.Leading the enterprise architecture team by conceptualizing and building a comprehensive vision for the enterprise architecture.Reviewing and verifying the current and future state of various institutional frameworks.
