Bayt.com is looking for a highly motivated Sales professionals passionate about B2B sales (preferably of services or cloud-based technology) to join our team. You will help accelerate our growth and be responsible for targeting and closing new direct businesses in a defined market.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities by conducting outbound calls and emails to potential clients
  • Meet with potential customers through regular physical and telephonic meetings, build relationships with clients, and understand their business needs
  • Conduct needs assessments and present recruitment and tech licensing solutions to clients
  • Negotiate and close sales deals
  • Build a strong pipeline and consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
  • Increase Bayt.com's product portfolio sales per customer through active customer needs assessment and solution recommendations
  • Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities by building long-term relationships and providing quality customer service.
  • Lead online demonstrations to clients.
  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the client's success.  
  • Remain in frequent contact with the existing clients and prioritize retention as a major focus.  
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues to ensure client success and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and follow-up tasks in the CRM system
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Deliver service that is consistent with Bayt.com's values and customer promise.
