Your ImpactDeliverect is experiencing tremendous growth in the Middle East, and we're seeking a passionate Enterprise Account Manager (EAM) to join our team in Saudi Arabia. You'll be pivotal in building long-term, strategic relationships with our enterprise-level customers, driving new business opportunities, and ensuring their continued success with Deliverect.
A Typical Day
- Develop an in-depth understanding of your assigned customers' unique business needs and challenges within the Saudi Arabian hospitality landscape.
- Leverage your industry knowledge and Deliverect expertise to identify areas where our platform can optimise their operations and unlock new growth potential.
- Act as a trusted advisor, proactively proposing solutions, driving adoption of Deliverect features, and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximise customer lifetime value through upselling and cross-selling new Deliverect locations, brands, and innovative products.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
- Utilize data-driven insights (HubSpot & Looker) to track key performance indicators (KPIs) like Net MRR and new location signups, and adjust strategies for optimal results.
- Foster strong, collaborative relationships with your customers, acting as their primary point of contact within Deliverect.
- Conduct regular check-ins, actively listen to their feedback, and work cross-functionally to address their concerns and ensure their satisfaction.
- Partner with internal teams (Product, Customer Support) to advocate for customer needs and ensure Deliverect continues to deliver the best possible service and solutions.
- Conduct comprehensive onboarding and training sessions using Google Suite tools to empower customers at all levels to use Deliverect effectively.
- Partner with the marketing team to develop compelling case studies showcasing the success of leading Saudi Arabian restaurant chains using Deliverect.
- Work closely with the product team to identify opportunities to tailor Deliverect's features to address specific challenges restaurants face in the Saudi Arabian market (e.g., hyperlocal delivery models, and integration with regional POS systems).
- Collaborate with the sales and partnership teams to explore new partnerships with key players in the Saudi Arabian food service ecosystem (e.g., aggregators, and delivery providers) to expand Deliverect's reach and customer base.
Your Expertise
- 3+ years in Enterprise Account Management or a similar B2B sales role. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of the restaurant industry, business operations, and the challenges faced by regional players.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to utilise tools like HubSpot and Looker to inform decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in English (C+) and Arabic.
- Customer-centric mindset with a demonstrated ability to build strong, lasting relationships.
- Passionate about technology and excited to advocate for Deliverect's solutions.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- While prior experience with Deliverect is a plus, a strong understanding of our product through training will be provided.
- Familiarity with the core functionalities of our integration platform and its value proposition to restaurant businesses is essential.
- Proficient in CRM software like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Experience with ticketing systems like Zendesk for customer support.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Planhat (or similar).
- Strong working knowledge of Google Suite tools for communication and documentation.
Additional Information
- This is a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule. Fluency in English and Arabic is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills being essential. Fluency in a second European language (e.g., French, Spanish, German) is a strong asset.
