Enterprise Account Executive



Riyadh Sales โ€“ Enterprise Sales / Full-Time / On-site

Responsibilities



+

Sales & Business Development


+ Identify, engage, and close new enterprise customers in Retail, Manufacturing, and Logistics sectors.
+ Build and execute a territory sales plan to drive new business and maximize revenue growth.
+ Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including lead generation, presentations, contract negotiations, and onboarding using MEDDIC.
+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, IT leaders, and business decision-makers.
+ Understand customer pain points and position our POS and ERP solutions to address their challenges.
+ Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Customer Engagement & Account Management


+ Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights on digital transformation and operational efficiency.
+ Drive product adoption and ensure customer success by collaborating with implementation and customer success teams.
+ Negotiate complex contracts, ensuring mutual value for both customers and the company.
+ Keep track of industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.

Collaboration & Reporting


+ Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales Engineering teams to align strategies and optimize sales efforts.
+ Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
+ Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Requirements



+

Fluency in Arabic (native level) is required for this position


+ Proven track record of B2B enterprise sales, selling POS, ERP, or SaaS solutions.
+ Experience selling to Retail, Manufacturing, or Logistics industries.
+ Strong network and ability to engage with C-suite and senior decision-makers.
+ Demonstrated ability to drive complex sales cycles with large enterprises.
+ Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
+ Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDIC, Challenger, or Solution Selling.
+ Experience working in Saudi Arabia with a deep understanding of the local business culture and regulatory landscape.
+ English language proficiency is a plus.
+ Background in ERP (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, etc.) or POS (Square, Lightspeed, NCR, etc.).
+ Experience in a fast-paced tech startup or hyper-growth SaaS company.
