Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will inspire students to develop their language skills, foster a love for literature, and enhance their critical thinking abilities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
  • Teach English language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
  • Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and projects.
  • Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
  • Provide individualized support to students who may need additional help.
  • Integrate technology into the classroom to enhance learning experiences.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development opportunities.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding student progress and classroom activities.
  • Foster a love for literature by introducing students to various genres and authors.


Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Teaching certification or license in [State/Country].
  • Strong knowledge of English language and literature.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage and motivate students.
  • Experience with diverse classroom settings is a plus.
