who will spearhead the transformation and enhancement of their English language programs. This is a role for a passionate educator and strategic thinker eager to make an impactful contribution to English language training in the region.
Role Overview:
The English Program Manager will lead the strategic development of English programs, overseeing a large team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality education. The role involves engaging with corporate and governmental sectors to expand the programs impact while maintaining a strong focus on innovation and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Strategy and Enhancement:
- Evaluate and upgrade existing English programs to meet diverse learner needs.
- Innovate and introduce specialized training solutions tailored to B2B and B2G clients.
- Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead a diverse team of 50-60 trainers, supervisors, and principals.
- Ensure the teams alignment with program objectives through effective coaching and leadership.
- Market and Client Engagement:
- Establish and nurture relationships with organizations to expand program reach.
- Represent the program at industry events and foster partnerships with prestigious institutions.
- Operational Excellence:
- Oversee program logistics, ensuring seamless delivery across multiple sites.
- Monitor key performance indicators to ensure continuous improvement.
What Youll Bring to the Table:
- Experience:
- Extensive background in English education, preferably with ties to leading institutions.
- Proven success in B2B and B2G program development.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English (native speaker preferred); familiarity with GCC educational trends is a plus.
