Training Program:Our client has launched a groundbreaking training program as part of its initiatives to develop the capabilities of Saudi youth and enhance their skills for entry into the job market and contribution to local industry localization. The program aims to empower recent graduates through a comprehensive training experience.Key Responsibilities:Participate actively in all training sessions and workshops as outlined in the program curriculum.Engage in self-directed learning through the company's online academy to supplement in-person training.Collaborate with peers and mentors to enhance your skills in areas such as partner management, presentation skills, effective communication, problem-solving, time management, and setting priorities.Demonstrate a commitment to learning and development by applying new knowledge and skills in practical scenarios.Work closely with program instructors and supervisors to track progress and address any challenges faced during the training period.Requirements:Bachelor's degree from a recognized university in Engineering.Strong willingness to learn and grow professionally.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Interest in industrial development and contributing to the growth of the Saudi economy.
