Engineering Production Sr. Manager (DAMMAM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the engineering production team, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure high performance.
• Develop and implement production strategies to optimize efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and coordination of production activities to meet project deadlines and customer demands.
• Collaborate with design, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless integration of engineering and production processes.
• Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices in all production activities.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence within the team.
• Prepare and present reports on production performance, progress, and challenges to senior management.
