Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the engineering production team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Develop and implement production strategies and processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high-quality standards.
Collaborate with design, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and integration of production activities.
Analyze production metrics and performance data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and quality management systems.
Foster a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making within the team.
Prepare and present production performance reports to senior management, outlining progress and strategic initiatives.
Drive training and development initiatives to enhance team skills and capabilities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field); a Master’s degree is preferred.
Minimum of [X years] of experience in production engineering or manufacturing management, with at least [Y years] in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and quality assurance methodologies.
