Engineering Aide
Position Overview: The Engineering Aide provides administrative and technical support to engineering teams, ensuring smooth project execution and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in preparing technical reports, presentations, and documentation for high-voltage projects.
2. Coordinate communication between engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
3. Maintain project records, including inspection logs and quality documentation.
4. Perform secretarial and administrative duties, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
5. Support project teams with technical writing in English and Arabic.
6. Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
7. Provide support in the preparation of presentations and report reviews.
Qualifications and Skills:
o Degree or diploma in a relevant discipline.
o 4+ years of experience, including 2 years in administrative/engineering aide roles for high-voltage projects.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
o Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
o Knowledge of technical and administrative workflows in engineering projects.
