Your role


In this role you will be the driving force behind creating a vibrant and cohesive work environment through the planning and execution of internal communication and engagement initiatives. The role is focused on creating a positive and productive work environment where employees feel valued, motivated, and connected to the company's goals. 


Your responsibilities


  • Plan, organize, and execute large-scale events across the company , and holiday celebrations
  • Own office engagement plans and make sure the employees office utilization is at it’s expected level
  • Coordinate event logistics including venue selection, catering, transportation, and other necessary arrangements
  • Partner with recruitment and TA teams to design and execute employer branding initiatives, such as career fairs, university partnerships, and industry events.
  • Manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all communication materials.
  • Managing internal communication channels intranet, email, newsletters, and company all hands disseminate information effectively.
  • Engage with internal and external speakers to create learning and networking opportunities around key topics relevant to employees
  • Build and drive functional engagement calendars for the organization with clear plan for remote workforce and multiple locations adoption 
  • Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of communication and engagement initiatives and make recommendations for future improvements.

Your expertise


  • Proven record track of working with at least 3 years of experience in employee engagement, internal communications and/or marketing.
  • Proficiency in utilizing data and metrics to drive continuous engagement improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience in employee engagement , ideation, and implementation, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions especially for remote workforce 
  • Strong understanding of the candidate journey and experience, with the ability to design and implement engaging experiences for all employees.
  • Excellent communication, planning and organization skills  with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
