Job Description

Job Summary: 

The best caliber for this role must drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, promote a positive workplace culture, and support organizational goals. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that boost employee involvement, satisfaction, and retention, while fostering collaboration and innovation across all levels of the organization. 


  • Employee Engagement Initiatives: implement programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Surveys and Feedback: Conduct regular employee surveys to gather feedback and assess engagement levels; analyze results and recommend actions.
  • Communication: Develop and implement communication strategies to ensure transparency and connect employees with organizational goals.
  • Training and Development: Collaborate with Learning and Development to create training programs that support employee growth and engagement.
  • Event Planning: Organize all type of event, workshops, and other events to promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor and report on engagement metrics; use data to drive decisions and improve programs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with HR and management to identify areas for improvement in employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Culture: Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusiveness by organizing events, workshops, and team-building activities.


Skills

  • bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Mass Communications or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in employee engagement, HR, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of employee engagement theories and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret engagement data and develop actionable insights.
  • Ability to foster collaboration and maintain a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
