Job Summary:

You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that boost employee involvement, satisfaction, and retention, while fostering collaboration and innovation across all levels of the organization.

- Event Planning: Organize all type of event, workshops, and other events to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Data Analysis: Monitor and report on engagement metrics; use data to drive decisions and improve programs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with HR and management to identify areas for improvement in employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Culture: Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusiveness by organizing events, workshops, and team-building activities.
