Job Summary & Requirements:
Education:
Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
Experience:
Certification in Enablon Module(s) is an advantage. Prior experience working on implementation and support projects. Strong analytical and debugging skills with a sound cross-functional knowledge of IT systems. Availability during non-business hours to handle production issues.
Job Description:
The
Enablon Functional Consultant - ESG will be responsible for managing the implementation, enhancement, and support of Enablon software solutions within the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) domain. You will lead the project cycle from requirement gathering to post-go-live support, ensuring efficient system functionality and optimization.
Detailed Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation and support of Enablon software in the ESG domain, overseeing solution enhancements and project lifecycles. Manage activities including requirement gathering, documentation, fit-gap analysis, configuration, and coordination with the technical team for technical development. Conduct user acceptance testing, provide user training, and handle cut-over activities, go-live support, and ongoing assistance. Collaborate with consulting teams on drafting system design documents, configuring technical specifications, migrating data, and developing automated custom reporting. Participate in system support and prepare training documentation for internal and external users. Ensure timely troubleshooting and provide optimal solutions for support tickets based on SLA priorities. Prepare management reports and presentations as required. Work closely with System Implementors (SI) and internal IT teams for integrations and project coordination.
Skills & Expertise:
Strong functional and technical understanding of Enablon ESG modules. Good design and architectural skills in the technical area, with a solid understanding of the project lifecycle and project management principles. Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deliverables while meeting project deadlines and commitments. Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English, with strong interpersonal skills to foster effective relationships with customers and IT organizations. Team player with a proactive attitude and drive for results. Knowledge of best practices in Enablon software. Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and decision-making abilities, with a record of high performance.* Techno-functional expertise in Enablon and experience delivering complex software solutions.
