Job Summary & Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
Experience:
Certification in Enablon Module(s) is an advantage. Prior experience working on implementation and support projects. Strong analytical and debugging skills with sound cross-functional knowledge of IT systems. Availability during non-business hours to handle production issues.
Job Description:
The
Enablon Functional Consultant - Compliance will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, enhancement, and support of Enablon software solutions within the Compliance domain. You will lead the project cycle, ensuring successful deployment and continuous support of the Enablon system for compliance-related functionalities.
Detailed Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation, support, and enhancement of Enablon software solutions, particularly in the compliance domain. Manage all phases of the project cycle, including requirement gathering, documentation, fit-gap analysis, configuration, coordination with the technical team, and technical development. Conduct user acceptance testing, user training, and manage cut-over activities, go-live, and post-go-live support. Collaborate with consulting teams to draft system design documents, configure technical specifications, migrate data, and develop automated custom reporting. Participate in system support by preparing training documentation for internal and external users. Ensure timely resolution of support tickets by providing optimal solutions based on SLA priorities. Prepare management reports and presentations as required. Work closely with System Implementors (SI) and internal IT organizations to manage integrations and project coordination.
Skills & Expertise:
Strong functional and technical expertise in Enablon Compliance modules. Good design and architectural skills, with a solid understanding of project lifecycle and project management principles. Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, ensuring commitments and deadlines are met. Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English, with strong interpersonal skills to foster effective relationships with customers and IT organizations. Team player with a proactive attitude and drive for results. Knowledge of best practices in Enablon software. Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and decision-making abilities, with a proven record of high performance.* Techno-functional expertise in Enablon and experience delivering complex software solutions.
