Job Description

Salla is seeking an Employee Experience Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for building the employee experience journey and foster a positive and engaging work environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop the employee touch points within Salla reporting to the Employee experience Manager.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an innovative employee onboarding and orientation programs to facilitate seamless integration
  • Create and execute employee touchpoint surveys to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement
  • Organize and coordinate company-wide events and activities to foster a sense of community and teamwork
  • Collaborate with HR and management teams to ensure alignment of employee experience efforts with company goals and values
  • Recommend policy adjustments to reflect on the company cultures and values.
  • Provide support and resources to employees to promote well-being and work-life balance
  • Implement recognition and reward programs to acknowledge employee achievements and contributions
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in employee experience and make recommendations for continuous improvement
