Job Description
- Assist in system design efforts assigned to the project team.
- Software/firmware implementation based on system requirements and specifications generated by SE/PM.
- Implement Software and Firmware architecture.
- Implementation of test and validation criteria for the developed system or subsystem.
- Fully utilize development environment to develop systems and subsystems.
- Implement model-based development strategy.
- Design and implement signal and data processing toolchain on Embedded systems (FPGA/GPU).
- Ensure timely delivery of assigned milestones.
- Participate in field trials to verify conformance of developed prototype to system specifications.
- Participate in Project Management and Systems Engineer efforts.
Implement relevant standards software and firmware development.
Skills
- Must have electrical/computer engineering background.
- Should have good understanding of electronics, circuit design.
- Should have studied 'Digital Logic Design', (Combinational/Sequential circuits).
- A background/knowledge of computer architecture is highly desired.
- Must be knowing Verilog/VHDL languages.
- A basic understanding of FPGA architecture and related design tool chain is also desired.
- Understanding of microcontrollers, C/C++, assembly is appreciated.
- An aptitude towards learning embedded systems is desired
- Experience of working of FPGA/GPU base development and SOM boards.
Experience in interfacing FPGA/GPU to various modules and devices, such as, digitizers, sensors, motors, or other controllers.
