Zaghami is seeking a full-time Electrical Sales Engineer for Substation & Power Plant Projects. The Electrical Sales Engineer will be responsible for implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and providing technical expertise on our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
Identify new business opportunities and expand company presence in the market.
Manage customer relationships and build trust with both new and existing clients.
Provide technical expertise and detailed explanations of the company’s products and services.
Generate leads and manage the sales pipeline.
Track and update the status of prospective clients in the system.
Manage the complete sales process, including identification, technical review, and negotiation.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum of 3 years' Electrical Product Sales related to Substation & Power Plant Industry.
Experience working with power stations and Substations.
Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies, and customer relationship management.
Technical expertise in electrical products.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Candidates with previous experience in the Substation/Construction field are preferred.
Fluency in English and Arabic.
Valid Saudi driving license.
This position requires extensive travel within the assigned geography to meet with customers.
