Job Description

The Electrical Engineer role in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, is a pivotal position within the trading and commodity trading sector, specifically focusing on security and fire systems, as well as safety and environmental considerations. This role is designed for individuals with a minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems that ensure operational efficiency and safety.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement electrical systems and components to meet project specifications.
  2. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of electrical systems to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  3. Collaborate with project managers and other engineers to develop project timelines and budgets.
  4. Analyze and troubleshoot electrical issues, providing timely solutions to minimize downtime.
  5. Prepare technical documentation, including reports, specifications, and manuals.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in electrical engineering technologies.
  7. Assist in the training and mentoring of junior engineers and technical staff.
  8. Ensure all electrical installations comply with local and international regulations.
  9. Participate in safety audits and risk assessments related to electrical systems.
  10. Work closely with suppliers and contractors to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials.

  • Knowledge of renewable energy systems is a plus.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
