Job Description

المهام الوظيفية :

  • إعداد وتحليل تقديرات تكلفة الأعمال الكهربائية والتيار الخفيف.
  • زيارة مواقع المشاريع قبل التسعير إذا لزم الأمر للتأكد من الشروط الميدانية.
  • حضور الاجتماعات اللازمة مع العميل والاستشاري لمناقشة تفاصيل المشروع.
  • تحليل المخططات والمواصفات الفنية لتقدير التكاليف بدقة.
  • جمع وتحليل عروض الأسعار من الموردين والمقاولين.
  • تقديم تقديرات دقيقة للتكلفة والمشاريع المحتملة بناءً على تحليل متعمق للبيانات الفنية.
  • إعداد تقارير تفصيلية عن تقديرات التكلفة وتقديمها للإدارة.
  • التنسيق مع فرق التصميم والهندسة لضمان توافق التقديرات مع المتطلبات الفنية والتشغيلية.
  • مراجعة وتحديث تقديرات التكلفة بناءً على أي تغييرات في نطاق المشروع أو المتطلبات.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyse cost estimates for Electrical & low current works.
  • Visit project sites prior to estimation, if necessary, to assess on-site conditions.
  • Attend necessary meetings with clients and consultants to discuss project details.
  • Analyse drawings and technical specifications to accurately estimate costs.
  • Collect and analyse quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Provide accurate cost estimates for potential projects based on in-depth analysis of technical data.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimation reports and present them to management.
  • Coordinate with design and engineering teams to ensure estimates align with technical and operational requirements.
  • Review and update cost estimates based on any changes in project scope or requirements.

Skills

المتطلبات :

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو ما يعادلها.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن5  سنوات في مجال تسعير المشاريع الكهربائية.
  • معرفة متقدمة بالنظم الكهربائية والتيار الخفيف.
  • مهارات تحليلية قوية وقدرة على العمل بدقة تحت الضغط.
  • إتقان استخدام برامج ( Excel  وWord  وAutoCAD  (للاطلاع على الرسومات فقط.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بشكل جيد (كتابة وتحدثًا).
  • مهارات تواصل فعالة وقدرة على التعامل مع الموردين والمقاولين.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical project estimation.
  • Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, and mechanical works.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and AutoCAD (for reviewing drawings only).
  • Good command of the English language (written and spoken).
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to interact with suppliers and subcontractors.
