Job Description

  • Prepare conceptual design and finalize it with the Lead Electrical Design Engineer / Engineering Manage
  • Do design calculations as necessary and cost estimates & preliminary designs when requested
  • Analysis, testing, troubleshooting, and documenting of internal or supplier electrical systems and/or sub-systems of all projects and tasks of small to medium scope.
  • Development of modelling simulation and analysis. Produces the design requirements and designs for electrical systems and/or sub-systems with all projects and tasks of small to medium scope.
  • Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
  • Prepare electrical part of the BOM’s when asked by the Lead Electrical
  • Design Engineer / Engineering Manager
  • Create new component part numbers and prepare purchasing specs
  • Coordinate with mechanical design engineers to accomplish the tasks
  • To understand and comply with the procedures associated with ISO 9001
  • Conducts basic engineering studies requiring little evaluation

QUALIFICATIONS/

TRAINING COURSES

Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering.


KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE

- Good communication skills in English/Arabic.

- Working knowledge of quality systems and standards

- Minimum 3 years of experience as Electrical Engineer out of which 2 years

of experience in designing & development solutions for the power generations industry.
