Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teacher to join our team and support the development of young children in a nurturing and stimulating environment. The ideal candidate will design and implement engaging lesson plans that foster cognitive, social, and emotional growth while ensuring a safe and inclusive learning space.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement lesson plans and activities tailored to young children’s developmental needs.
  • Foster a supportive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and learning.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and adapting teaching methods accordingly.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Ensure a safe and nurturing learning space that promotes children’s well-being.
  • Encourage socialization and positive behavior through structured and unstructured play.
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians, providing updates on progress and addressing concerns.
  • Collaborate with other educators and staff to ensure consistency in teaching strategies and student support.
  • Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education and participate in professional development opportunities.
Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and instructional techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Creativity and patience to adapt teaching methods to individual learning styles.
  • Ability to create a warm and inclusive learning environment.
  • Strong organizational and classroom management skills.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Teaching certification and experience in early childhood education.
  • Knowledge of child development milestones and age-appropriate teaching strategies.
  • First aid and child safeguarding training (preferred).
