Major Duties & Responsibilities:
1.1 Lead the process of identifying missing assets and correcting records for all assets within the project scope.
1.2 Identify, extract, and analyze Asset Master transactional data, assessing the requirements for each asset type.
1.3 Retrieve the list of assets for vendor communication from the tracking sheet and store documents related to asset tagging.
1.4 Complete the standard pre-BOM template with basic asset data and identify duplicates at the asset level.
1.5 Assist in developing BOM strategies for each commodity or asset group to ensure successful project delivery.
1.6 Participate in field surveys at all plants covered by the project and support technicians to ensure smooth asset verification.
1.7 Verify physical asset availability in the field by comparing with P&IDs, data sheets, and asset lists available in SAP.
1.8 For assets missing in the P&ID or field, update the P&ID after approval from the designated focal point.
1.9 Review existing BOMs and PMs (Preventive Maintenance) for all assets alongside the client representative as required.
1.10 Develop PM task lists as per OEM recommendations or based on maintenance strategy procedures.
1.11 Review maintenance manuals and create preventive maintenance plans accordingly.
1.12 Create and manage SAP upload files for maintenance plans.
1.13 Build BOMs based on equipment drawings, data sheets, and OEM manuals.
1.14 If data sheets, drawings, or OEM manuals are missing, coordinate with the OEM or alternative international suppliers (if the OEM is no longer available) to generate BOMs.
1.15 For missing equipment documentation, reach out to plant maintenance or reliability personnel to obtain breakdown and repair records, and problem-solving documentation from Meridiam or other systems.
1.16 Support the Project Manager by preparing weekly and monthly project reports as needed.

2.3 Should have relevant experience in a similar field, with expertise in machinery, spare parts management, deployment, and storage.
