Job Purpose
Designs and develops interactive e-learning courses, manages the LMS, and ensures smooth delivery of training programs. Evaluate program effectiveness, collaborate with stakeholders, and stay updated on e-learning trends to continuously improve content and enhance the learner experience.
Key Accountability Areas
Instructional Design:
- Support integrating learning curricula for courses and programs into various learning platforms including E-learning, virtual learning, and web applications using multiple authoring and multimedia tools. Use the most suitable model such as SAM or ADDIE instructional design models.
- Partner with Instructional Design Specialists to develop courses that are learner-centered and user-friendly. Applies instructional design principles and adult learning theory in developing content objectives.
- Determine training solutions that adhere to the Site training program.
- Support developing learning material, coordinate and review educational content, and incorporate current technology in developing specific eLearning curricula.
- Collaborate with Alfanar business units' subject-matter experts (SMEs) and other internal and external sources to compile course content and other elements of instruction.
E-Learning Program Design & Development:
- Create engaging and interactive e-learning courses and modules that align with organizational objectives.
- Apply instructional design principles to develop content that is accessible, learner-centered, and scalable.
- Integrate multimedia, simulations, and assessments to enhance learner engagement and retention.
Learning Management System (LMS) Management:
- Oversee the administration and management of the LMS, ensuring it is continuously updated, functional, and user-friendly.
- Monitor learner progress, track completion rates, and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of e-learning initiatives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the LMS, ensuring seamless delivery.
E-Learning Content Delivery:
- Manage the delivery of e-learning programs, ensuring accessibility across multiple devices for all employees.
- Provide technical guidance and support to learners, resolving any issues to ensure a smooth learning experience.
- Ensure that training materials are delivered on time, maintaining high-quality standards and consistency.
Evaluation & Reporting:
- Assess the effectiveness of e-learning programs through data analysis, feedback, and learner performance metrics.
- Analyze learning outcomes and recommend improvements based on evaluations to enhance course quality.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports to leadership on the status, effectiveness, and impact of e-learning initiatives.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with HR, L&D, and department managers to ensure e-learning programs meet organizational needs and priorities.
- Advise on the latest e-learning strategies, tools, and trends to optimize the learning experience.
- Support the integration of e-learning solutions into broader talent management and development initiatives.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation:
- Stay abreast of emerging e-learning technologies, industry trends, and best practices to drive innovation.
- Implement new tools and platforms that enhance the e-learning experience and foster greater learner engagement.
- Regularly review and update existing courses to ensure content remains relevant, effective, and aligned with organizational goals.

Academic Qualification
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Any relevant field
