Alkaffary Group is on the lookout for an experienced and innovative E-Commerce Manager to lead our online sales strategy and drive the growth of our e-commerce platform. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive e-commerce strategies to enhance customer experience, increase online sales, and manage product selection. You will collaborate closely with marketing, logistics, and IT teams to optimize the e-commerce website and successfully implement promotional campaigns. Responsibilities:
- Establish Standards and Best Practices:
- Develop systems, standards, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance.
- Provide support across digital marketing areas, including PPC, Email Marketing, SEO, Keyword Research, Google Analytics, Website UX, and Paid Social Media.
- Identify best practices for SEO related to inventory, pre-orders, and pricing strategies.
- Performance Analysis and Sales Monitoring:
- Track product sales changes using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) for organized reporting.
- Oversee key operational tasks, including stock management, category updates, and handling product returns.
- Collaborate closely with merchandising, operations, and customer service teams to enhance efficiencies, trade activities, and customer experience.
- Product Management and Promotional Activities:
- Manage product uploads, build new categories, update product details, and execute promotional campaigns.
- Play an active role in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for development projects and conduct regular site checks to ensure accuracy at all times.
- Coordinate daily e-commerce marketplace activities such as product uploads, performance reporting, and stock transfers.
- Reporting and Data Insights:
- Prepare reports on e-commerce trade performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs), provide data-driven insights, and conduct in-depth analysis to understand shopping behaviors and trends.
- Participate in the ongoing development and improvement of the website to enhance user experience and site performance.
