Job Description

The Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant plays a crucial role in ensuring that organizations effectively leverage Microsoft Dynamics 365 to enhance their operational efficiency and drive business growth. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and business acumen to tailor solutions that meet the unique needs of the catering, food service, and FMCG sectors. The consultant will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business requirements, design solutions, and implement best practices to optimize the use of Dynamics 365.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand client requirements and business processes.
  2. Configure and customize Dynamics 365 applications to align with business objectives.
  3. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of the system.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Dynamics 365 with other business applications.
  5. Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides.
  6. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
  7. Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 features and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
  8. Assist in data migration and ensure data integrity during system transitions.
  9. Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system capabilities.
  10. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback and refine system functionalities.
