Job Description
Responsible to maintain and update information regarding the flight arrival and departure and coordination between Supervisor Flight Handling, Service Representative and Transport section.
Ensures that the High Loaders assigned for arrivals/departures are timely available for loading/offloading.
Responsible to meet additional request by Saudia/Foreign Airlines and VIP flights.
Responsible to collect Catering Delivery Notes from Service Rep/Jr. Service Reps and its final disposal to the concerned Sections.
Ensures provisioning of giveaway items on Saudia International flights.
Ensures provisioning of DEK on out-going Saudia flights and also arranges collection on arrivals.
Ensures proper information is given to Service Representative handling flights regarding availability of aircraft.
Coordinates with other Ramp Agencies/Dispatch/Assembly for smooth operation.
In case of change of aircraft, ensures that required staff is provided on the aircraft immediately to reduce handling time.
Exercises all possible efforts to keep up the pace for required standard in the light of the objectives and policies of Saudia Catering.
Ensures that unserviceable DEK are delivered/collected after recoupment, duly sealed by Customs and Medical.
Responsible to checking expiry date of standby DEK in the Apron Office.
Responsible to deliver expired DEK to SV Medical at Hangar.
Ensure availability of standby AED Kit in Apron Office and AED Kit procedure are implemented.
Ensures availability of standby items in Apron Office for emergency requirement and to meet last minute orders of Saudia and Foreign Airlines.
Liaise with Dispatch and Assembly for recoupment of standby meals, as and when required.
