Job Description

Responsibilities:


  • Pick up guests according to requests, appointments, or schedules from the pre-arranged locations
  • Operate and maintain transportation vehicles with a focus on safety and customer courtesy; 
  • Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections; performing minor maintenance tasks on the vehicles when necessary; 
  • Fuel the vehicles; 
  • Follow up and Ensure that periodic scheduled vehicle maintenance is completed and reported
  • Document customer usage; trip reports; accident and incident reports as necessary
  • Provide passengers with assistance entering and exiting vehicles, and help them with any luggage
  • Regulate heating, lighting, and ventilating systems for passenger comfort
  • Provide other services as requested by management when not engaged in transportation service

Requirements:


  • Ability to establish effective professional relationships with customers, co-workers, and upper level staff and employees; 
  • Ability to see details at a distance or in low light situations
  • Ability to prepare concise and accurate records and reports
  • Extensive knowledge of the operations and features of assigned vehicle(s); 
  • Ability to recognize vehicle maintenance needs; 
  • Ability to perform minor vehicle repairs; 
  • Customer Service Orientation 
  • Skilled in reasoning skills to interpret policies and procedures, maps, and route directions;
  • Ability to administer first aid
