The Senior Draftsman prepares complete and detailed drawings for comprehensive renovation and new construction projects involving structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other systems using advanced computer-aided drafting techniques.

· Proficient in in Civil 3D and Revit
· Draws plans for foundations, buildings and structures based on instruction provided by engineers and architects.
· Preparing, reviewing, and redrafting alongside the engineering team.
· Visits job site to gather data needed to complete designs.
· Determines the types of materials needed and calculates the quantity to be ordered.
· Presenting rough design drafts for client approval.
· Ensuring product designs meet required safety and structural standards.
· Generating solid and surface CAD models using Auto CAD software, blending technique and aesthetics to create final designs.
Proper coordination and good communication skills with the project team.
