Role Overview:
Provide on-site support for Huawei DPI/PCRF network and products over three years. Focus on effective change management, ensuring network stability, and seamless implementation of changes with minimal impact on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Change Management: Develop, review, and execute change management plans for DPI/PCRF networks.
Implementation & Testing: Implement and test network changes (PAT) to ensure compliance and minimal disruption.
Infrastructure Support: Design, review, and provide feedback on DPI infrastructure and configuration documents.
On-Site Support: Manage on-site change activities, knowledge transfer, and routine change checks.
Escalation Tracking: Monitor and resolve escalated changes until completion.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
HCIP-Datacom Certification is mandatory.
Experience in network infrastructure design and change management for DPI/PCRF environments.
Strong understanding of DPI technology (traffic classification, QoS, application control).
In-depth knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL, BGP, OSPF, MPLS).
Familiarity with DPI platforms and network tools (Wireshark, NetFlow).
Basic scripting knowledge (Python, Shell) is a plus.
Background in service provider DPI environments and infrastructure.
