About the location:

Redesigned interiors bring authentic Saudi heritage and craftsmanship to life, while our distinguished team provides a bespoke experience through thoughtful, personalized service and hospitality.
Purpose
Creates a warm and inviting sense of arrival for Café Boulud guests, including those visiting the restaurant, banquet events, or the hotel. Coordinates the parking and retrieval of guest vehicles, arranges transportation, and ensures smooth and professional guest departures.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Guest Welcome:
- Greets guests arriving by private car, taxi, or limo, warmly opening car doors and assisting with their arrival. Issues valet parking tickets to those requiring parking services.
- Offers a verbal greeting to guests arriving on foot and opens doors to welcome all guests into Café Boulud.
Traffic Management:
- Maintains a smooth traffic flow on the driveway by directing guest vehicles and taxis to designated areas. Coordinates with valet parkers for efficient car parking.
Guest Interaction:
- Delivers exceptional hospitality, handling all guest interactions with professionalism. Accommodates special requests, resolves guest concerns, and provides information on services, hours of operation, key personnel, and in-house events.
- Proactively greets guests passing through the entrance and offers assistance as needed.
Operational Excellence:
- Ensures compliance with Café Boulud and Four Seasons’ standards, including Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct outlined in the Employee Handbook (EmPact).
- Collaborates harmoniously with colleagues and supervisors, maintaining professionalism and teamwork.
Cleanliness and Support:
- Maintains a high level of cleanliness and organization on the driveway and at the entrance of Café Boulud.
- Assists with Bell Staff and Valet Parking responsibilities during peak periods or staff shortages.
