Job Description
In this role, you will support maintaining strategic relationships with current and potential partners.
You will be responsible for:
· Support identifying and developing strategic relationships with current and potential partners.
· Support Developing engagement plans with key partners, develop adoption and partner execution plan.
· Follow up on the sales targets established for each partner.
· Keep track of collected data trends to improve and grow market share.
· Follow up with trade and stakeholders on ways to improve service delivery and identify ways to improve current processes.
· Attend discussions on agreement/contract negotiations, terms and conditions.
· Keep track of partner needs on an ongoing basis.
· Support trade partners to identify package and destination improvements and report back to the business.
· Act a liaison between internal STA teams and partnership firm to communicate about new developments, tourism offerings etc.
Perform other activities as and when required.
You will need:
· Recommended not less than 6 years of experience in relevant field
· A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent is preferred
