You will need to have:
Design and execute campaigns focused on various domestic market segments, ensuring they resonate with specific customer needs and preferences.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align campaign objectives and outcomes with overall business goals.
Develop a comprehensive marketing and communication strategy that reinforces the brand and drives engagement among domestic travellers.
Adapt strategies to market dynamics and competitor activity, maintaining a competitive edge.
Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for new initiatives.
Implement data-driven projects and adjust tactics as needed to meet key business objectives.
Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Provide guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities to drive team success and individual growth.
Perform other activities as and when required.
You will need to have:
Recommended not less than 8 years of experience in relevant field
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent is preferred
