Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Documentation Officer proficient in both Arabic and English to manage and maintain the company’s documentation processes. The role requires ensuring the accuracy, security, and compliance of all documents while providing effective support for communication and record-keeping needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document Preparation & Management:
- Draft, review, and format documents in Arabic and English.
- Ensure all documentation complies with company standards and legal regulations.
- Manage the filing, scanning, and archiving of documents for easy accessibility.
- Record Maintenance:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for internal and external use.
- Regularly update document tracking systems and ensure timely submission of required reports.
- Communication & Coordination:
- Handle correspondence and liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth documentation flow.
- Translate documents between Arabic and English as needed.
- Compliance & Security:
- Ensure all documentation processes adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Implement measures to safeguard sensitive and confidential documents.
- Support Tasks:
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations.
- Provide administrative support to the team as required.
Skills
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Language Skills: Fluent in Arabic and English (written and verbal).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems.
- Experience: 1-3 years in a documentation or administrative role is preferred.
- Personal Attributes: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and excellent communication abilities.
Working Conditions:
- Office-based role in Riyadh, KSA.
- Full-time position, standard working hours.
