Knowledge of FM concepts and termsHelp the project manager with administrative duties and processesSchedule meetings and keep minutesPrepare, distribute and follow-up project materialsTrack expenses of projects petty cash and monthly consumptions.Alert the project manager to issues as they ariseAct as point of contact for the project team and facilitate communicationsCalculate project metrics, such as quality, costs, health, etc.Should have worked on CAFM software.Track all work orders, create and close the tickets in the CAFM.•To raise Reactive Maintenance (RM) work orders for technical staff.• To generate periodic reports accurately and efficiently for client reporting.To update and close the completed task in the systemAs a Document Controller, you will be responsible for maintaining and organizing all project-related documents, ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to relevant team members.Additionally, you may be required to generate regular reports, maintain comprehensive document logs, and assist in transitioning to electronic document management systems to enhance overall efficiency and document security.Working in close collaboration with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders, you will be responsible for implementing and upholding document control procedures, including version control, naming conventions, and file storage protocols.Your role may also encompass the generation of routine reports, meticulous maintenance of document logs, and active participation in the transition to electronic document management systems, all aimed at enhancing efficiency and document security.You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to develop and enforce document control procedures, which will cover aspects such as version control, naming conventions, and file storage protocols.Apart from your primary responsibilities, you may have the opportunity to produce regular reports, maintain detailed document logs, and play a key role in the adoption of electronic document management systems, ultimately improving efficiency and document security.
